Over the summer I had a brief sprint of designing a whole lot of birds, and I ran into a sort of wall where I just couldn't think up any more shapes--not that the ones I designed were so outstanding in shapes that they used up all the possibilities.....
But anyway, I was not terribly happy to get assigned birds for class, but I'm relatively satisfied with how these turned out. I'm not sure if I've improved much since the summer--I'm still having hella problems drawing owls. I don't know what it is with them. They come out looking all stiff when I try to draw them.
Owls always look stiff. They don't have any negative spaces.
